Warranty and repairs

Time can sometimes play tricks on your watch. Our watchmaking workshop is here to offer you quality servicing and repairs.

Important: Here are the cases in which the warranty does not apply:


- Natural wear and tear of the bracelet: its lifespan varies depending on use and we cannot be held responsible for it

- Damage caused by water if the crown was not properly engaged.

- Defects or damage caused by impacts or abrasion. Broken glass or scratches result solely from impacts.

- Alterations due to normal wear and tear or aging, particularly on the aesthetic plating.

- Magnetization of the mechanism, which can cause irregular running of the watch.

- Crowns that have been torn off, even unintentionally. Our watches are delicate items; we recommend that you take care of them.

- Any manipulation or repair carried out by an unauthorized person.

Covered under warranty

1. Contact us

  • Via the button at the bottom of this column
  • We will contact you again to arrange for the shipment of your watch.
  • You will need to pay the return shipping costs of €24.75, which will be reimbursed later (if the defects are indeed covered by the warranty, see list above).

2. Prepare your watch for shipment

  • Before sending, take clear photos or videos to protect yourself from any undesirable events between sending and receiving your watch.
  • Pack your watch carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
  • Insert the completed customer service form
  • Affix the return label to the package.
  • Drop off your parcel at the post office

3. Service in our workshop

  • Upon receipt of your watch, we will proceed with its inspection.
  • If non-compliant anomalies (see list above) are the cause of your watch not working, the shipping costs will therefore not be refunded.
  • A quote will be provided, giving you the choice of whether or not to repair your watch.
  • If no anomaly is detected, your shipping costs will be refunded.
  • We will carry out the necessary repairs within an estimated timeframe of 4 weeks, after payment of the quote.
  • If your request is refused, we will return your watch to the address indicated on the return form.

Coverage outside of warranty

  • You are free to pay the €29.75 shipping fee with insurance that we offer, or to return your watch yourself (in which case Lazur Watches cannot be held responsible for any incident that may occur during the delivery of your order).

2. Prepare your watch for shipment

  • Before sending, take clear photos or videos to protect yourself from any undesirable events between sending and receiving your watch.
  • Pack your watch carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
  • Insert the completed customer service form
  • Affix the return label to the package.
  • Drop off your parcel at the post office

Delivery and returns

  • Once the repairs are complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the return of your watch.
  • A summary detailing the repairs carried out will also be included in your package.
